Instant Notion is developed by Michal Zolnieruk. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and treat it in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO) and other applicable data protection laws.
In short: We do not store your notes, text, or Notion tokens on our servers. Your data goes directly from your device to Notion via their official API. We collect analytics, crash data, and payment data to operate and improve the app. We use Mixpanel and Sentry for analytics/crash reporting and RevenueCat for managing subscriptions/payments.
The app allows you to create and send notes, text, and tags to your Notion workspace. This content is transmitted directly from your device to Notion via their official API. We do not store, process, or have access to your notes or any other user-created content on our servers.

Some of these providers may transfer data to servers outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms as required by the GDPR.
Analytics and crash data are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. Payment data is retained by RevenueCat for as long as your subscription is active and as required by applicable tax and accounting laws. We regularly review and delete data that is no longer needed.
